3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals 16 years and older. Minors require parental consent to use our platform.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

Course Selection

Course availability is subject to instructor schedules and enrollment capacity. We reserve the right to cancel courses with insufficient enrollment.

Payment Terms

• Course fees are due at the time of enrollment
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Payment methods include credit cards and electronic transfers
• Failed payments may result in course access suspension

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually
• Complete assigned coursework in good faith
• Not share account access with unauthorized users
• Respect intellectual property rights of course materials
• Not engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior

6. Instructor Guidelines

Our certified instructors are committed to:

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and platform features are owned by LinguaFlow or licensed from third parties. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize course content without written permission.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information about course cancellations, transfers, and refund procedures.

9. Platform Availability

While we strive for continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted platform access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Canadian privacy legislation including PIPEDA.

11. Limitation of Liability

PolyglotPro's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages, learning outcome guarantees, or technical issues beyond our control.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration under the laws of Ontario, Canada. Students may also contact provincial consumer protection agencies.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms with 30 days notice to users. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
